CIVIL LITIGATION DEPARTMENT

Our Civil Litigation Department handles the full range of civil disputes ranging from County Court and High Court proceedings through to Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediation. We act for both private individuals and companies.

We will gain a rapid understanding of your matter and we will work with you to achieve your goals. We will guide you through the litigation or arbitration processes to enable your case to be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible.

We offer a free initial consultation to assess your case and to enable us to advise you on the next steps to resolve the dispute as cost effectively as possible. We will also provide you with a costs’ estimate. Fixed fees and Conditional Fees are available in appropriate cases.
