Nicole Biggs – Solicitor, Private Family Department

Nicole specialises in Family Law advising couples upon their separation or Divorce, breakdown of their civil partnership, or problems with their co-habitation. She is very experienced in dealing with the financial issues and issues affecting children upon the breakdown of relationships.

Nicole is a member of Resolution, a national organisation for family law practitioners which promotes an amicable and constructive approach to family disputes and sets out a code of practice for all members.

Nicole also has experience of civil litigation having managed a land mark case against the Catholic Church for abuse by its priests.

Nicole worked in the Finance sector before qualifying as a Solicitor. She joined Wills Chandler in 2009 having previously worked for 4 years in the Family Department of a law firm based in Newbury. Outside the office Nicole enjoys swimming, yoga and socialising.
