Tony Dodson – Managing Partner, Company/Commercial and Commercial Property Department

Tony and Dawn specialise in Commercial Property transactions acting for both Landlords and Tenants, private individuals and companies on a range of Commercial Property matters including drafting and assignment of leases, and advising on option agreements. They also advise on a variety of company matters including the setting up and acquisitions of companies, share sales, and general company procedures. They also deal in Residential Property transactions for both private individuals and developers.

Tony originates from Rotherham in Yorkshire. On leaving school at the age of 16, he joined his father working in the coalmines. He then became a professional boxer before passing his Law Society exams in Westminster London before qualifying as a Solicitor.

Tony joined Wills Chandler in 1999 and became a partner in 2001. He is married to a solicitor with one son. In his spare time, Tony enjoys swimming, cooking, gardening and clay-pigeon shooting.
