Margaret qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and practiced for a while in a law firm based in Farringdon, London, where she gained wide ranging litigation experience and exposure to areas of law such as wills and probate, personal injury, landlord and tenant and public and administrative law.
Margaret's areas of specialism are Public and Administrative law and all aspects of housing law with a particular focus on homelessness, allocation and housing policy. Margaret also practices in litigation and contentious probate.
Margaret has had conduct of cases in the Court of Appeal and the High Court, she has also been involved in a case referred to the European Court of Human Rights.
In her spare time Margaret enjoys reading, theatre and walking.
